Congratulation, your child is now PRE-REGISTERED for camp. To complete your registration, we must receive payment and copies of your proof documents (as listed on our website in the eligibility document). Fees & documents will be collected on April 14 & May 19, 2018 from 11:00pm-1:00pm at Harvest Baptist Church 1057 Arlington Rd N. Jax, Fl 32211. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR PROVIDED THE LAST 4 OF YOUR CHILD'S SS# & PUBLIC SCHOOL STUDENT ID NUMBER (found on the report card or contact your child's school). WE CANNOT ENROLL YOUR CHILD WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION. Please come prepared with copies of your documents and cash ($20 per week 8am-5pm or $25 per week 7-6pm). Please be advised the week of July 23rd & July 30th our regular camp fees ($75) will apply.
